ACCEPTED FILE TYPE

-PDF (Acrobat 5 (PDF 1.4)
-JPG, JPEG, TIF, TIFF
**One single file per side (no pdf bundle please).


BLEED

-At least 1/16" bleed around the perimeter of your artwork to ensure accurate cutting.


CMYK COLOR

-All files converted to CMYK color mode. No RGB or Pantone files.


OUTLINE TEXT

-Avoid potential problems with fonts by creating outlines for all text.


FINISHING OPTIONS

-One mask file for each option or on a different layer
-Clearly indicate the option and the side on which you want it to be applied in the file name.


GUIDELINES OR TEMPLATES

-If you re not sure of which sizes to use please feel free to ask us for a template or guidelines.

If you would like to place an order for a size that is not listed on the website, you can still place an order online. Select the size that's closest to your desired final size WITHOUT selecting a size that's smaller than your document. Once the order is placed, do not send the files in right away. Contact us first, ideally by email (info@gopromomg.com), with your order number and the final size you would like. We will change the dimensions of your order, so that you can upload your files.

If you're having difficulties sending your files, you can try these steps:
- use a different browser
- update browser + scripts (Java, Flash, etc)
- reboot your computer
- clear cache/cookies
- check to ensure that the specs of the files you are sending are correct (size, bleed, cmyk, transparency, etc)

Pricing

If you cannot find the product you are looking for on gopromomg.com, chances are we can still produce it. By requesting a custom quote, our team of estimators will send you the price to complete your job.

Take a moment to become familiar with our website and our products. Note that for the same specs, it is more cost-efficient if items are ordered online as a standard item versus a custom order. If you have any questions about ordering, feel free to call 514-512-0911 to speak to customer service.

Shipping

Once you place an order, you will instantly receive an order id. With that order id you can track the status of your order at any time online by clicking on order status. Once the order is shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking number.

It depends on which product and options you have chosen. The estimated turnaround time is displayed on each product page and will vary depending on the selected options.

 
All turn-arounds are measured in business days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during which we are closed, are not considered production days. Turnaround time begin only after an order has been approved. Orders are considered "approved" and are put into production only when all files have been correctly submitted and when the order is fully paid.

Cut-off time is 12:00pm (noon) every day. All orders sent in the afternoon will be processed the following morning.


Please note, all turnaround times are estimates based on our experience. Despite our best efforts, certain factors are beyond our control, and unfortunately can extend turnaround times (bad weather, mechanical failure, improperly prepared artwork...).


Turn-around times refer solely to production. Shipping transit is not included.
